6Bottle gourd leaves
1 tspMustard oil
2 tbspMustard paste
2 tbspPoppy seeds paste
2 tbspCoconut paste
4Green chillies
to tasteSalt
Oil to fry
4 tbspBesan
4 tbsprice powder
Water-as required
1/2tspturmeric powder

Steps

Wash leaves and drain maximum water from leaves

Mix poppy seeds paste,mustard seeds paste,salt,mustard oil and coconut paste together

Prepare batter by mixing besan,rice power,salt and turmeric powder.

Stuff leaves with the mixed paste and deep into batter and fry into oil till golden brown
