1/4Hubbard squash
1 tspmargarine
1/2sugar
1 tspCinammon

Peel the squash and rinse it then diced it and pour it on the pot with little amount of water and let it cook until it's soft

Season with sugar, cinammon and margarine

Then mash it and serve it
