Many people don't know how to cook ugali that is soft n well cooked even on the inside.with not particles of maize meal flour

Heat the water in a pan till boiling point

Add half the maize meal and stir
- 3
Add the other half of the maize meal and keep turning it make sure that there are no visible traces of maize meal flour that are not incorporated in the water

Turn all the mixture upside down with the wooden spoon and gather it to one side
- 5
With your wooden spoon spread your mixture evenly around your own for 2 minutes under low heat
- 6
Bring the mixture together to form a Mountain like structure in the middle of your pàn with a wooden spoon let it cook for five minutes

When ready turn upside down on a plate.when cooled you can make small ugali balls and serve with your favourite stew and salad
