Chickpeas salad meal and soup
High in protein and best as meal .
Steps

Soak the chickpeas over night and boil with a pinch of salt with enough water.

Take a wok add in the 1 tbspn butter, cube the cottage cheese, bell pepper, add in beans carrot and stir fry. Add in pepper and oregano on top.

Take another wok add in the remaining butter put in the chickpeas and add in the chopped spinach to it. Saute it well.

Take the lemon juice and add in the honey stir it and keep aside.

Now the chickpeas that was boiled in ample of water take the water and pour in to cups and add lemon and pepper for soup.

Take a place place the spinach chickpeas al9ng with stir fried salad and have with the soyp. Before serving pour in the required honey lemon sauce on each serving of salad
