Kairi ki launji
A sweet and tangy treat prepared with mango

Firstly peel of kairi and make thin slices of pulp

Than put the gas on and heat some oil in pan

Than add heeng, zeera, sauf till crackle

Than add pinch of turmeric and add kairi slices and mix well, cover the lid and put on low flame

Check after 5-7 min it becomes soft nw add salt, chilli powder and garam masala and mix well

At last add sugar according to ur taste and mix well and put the gas off
- 7
U can serve this yummy launji with puri, paratha and anywhere u want😋
