Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 250 gfrench beans
  • 3-4potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonpaprika/red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram marsala
  • 1 teaspoondry mango powder (i used dried mango chopped)
  • 2-3tabespoon vegetable oil
  • Pinchsalt to taste

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut potatoes and French beans. In a thick bottomed pan, add oil, once hot add the potatoes and sautee 3-4 minutes

    Add the French beans to the pan

    Sautee the mixture for 8-10 minutes

    Add in the paprika and turmeric spice and salt

    After the veggies have cooked add in garam marsala

    Add in the hopped dried mango

    Stir to mix everything and toss for a few seconds

    Remove from heat and serve as a side dish with sweetened curd (yoghurt) or with roti
