  • For the chuteny
  • 1 tbspsplit chana dal
  • 4-5green chilli
  • 2 tbspCoriander
  • 4-5Curry leaves
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • For the bhel
  • 1.5 cuppuffed rice
  • 1 cupCucumber,tomato,onion, boiled potato finely chopped
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 4-5Maida puri
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • 2 tbspDry sev

Steps

    For the chutney

    Grind chutney ingredients without adding water

    In another bowl transfer this dry chutney add lemon juice
