Take a bowl and mix salt and all dry masalas.

Scrape and wash tindas and slit them from the centre.

Fill the dry masala in it.

Heat oil in a cooker

Put cumin seeds.

Add chopped onion and cook it.

Add chopped tomatoes.

Add leftover dry masala and cook them

Add tindas and 1 cup water.

Cook till 1 whistle.

Open and serve with chapati.
