Veg Shami Kebab

#Kebab and Fritters crispy and moist - a special iftar for my lovely friend

Take all the above mentioned ingredients in a pressure cooker add water

Pressure cook till 5 whistles

Open the lid when cooled and drain all the water

Transfer to a blender and mix well, blend coarse with NO water

Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and add roasted gram flour 3 tbsp

Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander and 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves 1 tsp lemon juice and half tsp salt (if required)

Combine well till it turns into a moist dough

Grease palm and make ball size rounds

Flatten slightly and seal all the cracks

Shami kebab is ready to fry or bake

Shallow fry in hot oil fry on medium flame

Flip over and fry on both sides till golden and crispy

Ready to serve with your choice of chutney or sauces lemon and onion slices
