Mashed or grate the boiled potato. Mixed the ginger paste and all ingredients (salt,coriander powder, amchur powder, red chilli powder & cumin.

Roast in the pan,without oil on low flame for 2-3 minute or in the microwave it for1 minute.

Once cooled mix washed coriander leaves and 1 spoon cornflour.

Add one spoon oil and make a dough of this.

Make 4 parts of this, with each portion make potato TIKKI On palm & make a nest like shape.

Take 3 spoonful cornflour and mix with water...make gaada ghol (paste)

Spread 100 gm vermicelli in a plate.

Dip the nest KEBABS in the cornflour ghol then fold the NEST KEBABS in the plate of vermicelli, make sure vermicelli sticks in and out of evenly.

FOR EGGS ::100gm cottage cheese, (PANEER)grate and mashed with consistency.

Add 1 spoon cornflour & a pinch of salt.

Make 12 marble size (as per ur choice, to keep it small)EGG shaped pieces, fold in 2 spoon dried cornflour.

Fridge the KEBABS & EGGS for 30 minutes to set.

Dip fry the KEBABS till the colour is golden in pre heated oil or ghee on high flame.

Dip fry the EGGS till colour white

CONGRATULATIONS, now KEBAB NEST WITH PANEER EGGS are ready to plating.
