Marinate the fish fillets with salt and black pepper powder

Prepare a batter with egg corn flour and salt

Dip the fish fillets to it and deep fry.keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan add Onions and garlic saute

Add capsicum and fry well adding salt

Add the fish fillets and mix all the sauce

Toss the fish well adding black pepper powder

Garnish it with slitted green chillies and remove from heat

The chilli fish is ready to serve
