200 gmgreen amarnath
3 tspoil
2 piece red chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
1 tspkala jeera
4 piece vadies
2 tspmustard sauce

Steps

Wash green amarnath properly and then chopped them finely

Heat a pan add some oil kalajeera and red chilli.

Put green amaranth,turmeric powder and salt,sugar saute it well
4

Add water and cover it for 2 mins
5

Garnish it with vadies and mustard sauce and serve it hot with rice
