Add oil in pan, add onion and garlic cook till golden brown. Add green chilli and spices. Mix well.

Add different type of boiled beans or tinned beans and tomatoes. Mix well.

Add soya mince. I have used frozen. And mix well. Cook it for 3-4 minutes or till you see it’s cooked on medium heat.

Heat the tortilla wrap in pan for 10 seconds each side and add some salad, soya filling and cheese. If you have salsa add that too.

Wrap it and enjoy!
