Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6 piecesfish (surmai)
  2. 1 kgbasmati rice (soaked in water for 1 hr)
  3. 1bay leaf
  4. as neededOil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededGhee
  7. 1/2 cupFried onion
  8. 2Tomatoes
  9. 1lemon juice
  10. 1 cupcurd
  11. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  12. 1/2 tspHaldi
  13. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  14. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  15. 1 tspDaniya jeera powder
  16. 1cupHara masala(green chilli, coriander, mint leaves, garlic,gingr)
  17. 2 tbspSaffron milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in that put whole spices, salt, ghee and after dat put soaked basmati rice

  2. 2

    After it get cooked drain it and put aside

  3. 3

    In a bowl put fish salt red chilli powder, lemon juice, adrak lasun paste, and marinate it and keep aside for 15 mins.after dat half fry it and keep aside

  4. 4

    In a vessel put oil adrak lasun paste, fried onion(barista), tomatoes, curd, hara masala, lal mirch powder, danya jeera powder, garam masala powder, in it put fried fish and cook fr 15 mins

  5. 5

    Then remove fried fish from dat thn keep it aside

  6. 6

    In dat vessel of masala put the cooked rice then put saffron milk thn put fried fish on it and leave melted ghee from sides and fr decor u can garnish it with mint leaves and coriander and barista(fried onion)
