Steps

In a dry bowl sieve flour and baking powder then add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg mix and set aside.

In another bowl, whisk egg and milk then mix together and set aside

Add butter to the mixed flour and combine all the ingredients together then add the milk and egg

Mix thoroughly until you get a thick dough, gently roll out and cut with knife to your desired shape

Heat up oil on fire in a shallow pot for deep frying, once the oil is hot, fry your chinchin till its golden brown and drain in a paper towel
