Just peel the mangoes separate the pulp. Squeeze well it through your hands.

Mash the jaggery to the finest powder. Don’t blend or grind it. It's traditional let’s keep it traditional.

Mix well the squeezed mango pulpy raw juice and mashed jiggery. Add cardamom powder.

Mix well with stir. No worries to blend or anything.

Serve on room temperature with hot poori or chapati.
