Soak the rice for 1/2 hour..

Soak the soya chunks

Chopped the onion

Take grated bottle gourd add gram flour salt and chilli powder

Mix it make balls, put lil piece of soya chunk in it than make ball fry it

Take a cooker add ghee jeera than onion saute it peas soya chunks and all spices

Add rice and 2 cup water in it, take a 1 whistle

Now add fried koftas in it

Sprinkle coriander
