Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 tbspparmesan cheese, grated
  2. 1 tbspbasil, dried
  3. 1/2 tbsporegano, dried
  4. 1/4 tspgarlic salt
  5. 1/4 tsppepper
  6. 1large Russet potato, cut into 12 wedges
  7. 2 tspvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 F, spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray

  2. 2

    combine cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and pepper in shallow bowl

  3. 3

    brush potato wedges with oil

  4. 4

    roll potatoes in cheese mixture, place on baking sheet

  5. 5

    Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serving size is 3 wedges.

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. If you have any suggestions for any of my recipes regarding ingredients or cooking methods please send me a message!!
