Ingredients

  1. 3/4 tspchicken bouillon
  2. 3/4 cupswater
  3. 1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts ( 4 pieces)
  4. 1 1/2 tsppoultry seasoning
  5. 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 3/4 tspcurry powder
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1 1/2 cupsbroccoli, finely chopped
  9. 3/4 cupscheddar cheese, shredded, reduced fat

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 F
    heat water and dissolve chicken bouillon

  2. 2

    flatten chicken to 1/4 in

  3. 3

    Combine remaining dry seasonings, sprinkle over chicken evenly

  4. 4

    Combine broccoli and cheese, spread 1/4 of mixture onto each chicken breast

  5. 5

    fold long sides over, secure with toothpick or kitchen string

  6. 6

    Place seam side down in baking dish. Pour broth (maid in step 2) over chicken

  7. 7

    cover loosely and bake for 30 min

  8. 8

    remove cover, baste chicken, bake 10 more minutes or until chicken juices run clear

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. If you have any suggestions for any of my recipes regarding ingredients or cooking methods please send me a message!!
