Steps

Peel off the mango chopped it into small pieces

Take a big pan add water sugar/ jaggery chopped mango,cardoman powder cook until mango become soft and pulpy

U can increase or decrease sugar/jaggery as per your taste

When mango become soft and pulp turn off the gas

Cool it down

After cool down take a mixi jaar add mango pulp grind it into smooth paste

Then take one big bowl add mango pulpy paste add roasted cumin powder,black salt and white salt and chilled water

Serve chill

Make fresh aam panna every time u can also store mango pulp but in season time we avoid storage make fresh feel fresh
