Ingredients

  1. 6chicken breasts
  2. 3green onions
  3. 1 Cupwater
  4. 3Tblsp butter
  5. 2 tspchicken base (one bouilon cube)
  6. 8 ozcream cheese
  7. small tub mushrooms
  8. small bag spinach
  9. Italian seasoning
  10. garlic powder
  11. black pepper
  12. 8 ozSwiss Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 375*

    In a 9x13 cake pan place chicken breasts in a single layer.

    Add spinach and sliced mushrooms on top of the chicken.

    Sprinkle with seasoning: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper

    In a microwave safe bowl heat water, butter, onions, and base.

  6. 6

    Cut chunks of cream cheese in to warmed liquid.

  7. 7

    Whisk liquid until well blended.

    Pour liquid over spinach, mushrooms, and chicken.

  9. 9

    Place a sheet of aluminum foil over the pan, but do not seal. Bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove foil and bake for 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle cheese over chicken, place back in there oven. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
