Steps

Boil water in a pot, add salt,and all the whole masalas

Add washed rice and par boil,drain the water and keep aside

Add ghee in a deep pot fry the potatoes till it changes colour, keep aside

Now fry the paneer slightly and keep aside

Add some more ghee and add onions,fry till they get golden brown.keep some of it aside to use later

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomatoes and red chilli powder and saute well

Now add the potatoes and paneer mix sugar

Now cover it with the cooked rice

Sprinkle ghee biryani masala and milk soaked with kesar and mitha atter

Garnish with fried onion and boiled eggs and cover

Keep on a low flame and cook for another 10-15 minutes

Serve it with raita
