Steps

Take 2 cups of Good Quality Basmati Rice and cook it.

Take the Carrots,Green beans,Peanuts and Green Peas and boil them little.

Take 1 Pan heat it and add Ghee.Now add chopped Onions and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add Green Bell Pepper and stir fry it.

Then add Cashew Nuts and Kismis and mix it.

Cook till they are crispy.

Now add the boiled vegetables and peanuts,biryani masala,Green chilli paste and grate the lemon to get 1 tsp Lemon Zest and add it.

Mix it well and add The cooked Rice,Salt per taste.

Add the remaining lemons juice and toss it and mix it nicely.Garnish with some Green Chilli and Lemon Slices.
