Cut the bhindi(lady's finger) into pieces

Add mustard seeds and green chillies chopped into heated oil

Now saute the bhindi/ lady's finger with salt

Cover it for a while

As the lady's finger gets soft add the curd mixed with gram flour
- 6
Finally add sugar and crushed green cardamom
- 7
Serve it with roti or any other chapati
