5-6Potatoes cut into rounds
1big serving spoon of chickpea flour(gram flour)
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspginger/garlic paste
1/4 tspgreen chilli paste(optional)
Chopped dhania
1/2 tspdhana jeera powder
1 tbsprice flour
Oil for Deep frying

Mix all the ings in the sliced potatoes,adding just a little water.

Deep fry on medium heat

Serve hot with choice of chutney or a cup of Masala Chai
