Ingredients

  1. 6 CFlour
  2. 4 tBaking Powder
  3. 4 tBaking Soda
  4. 4 tCinnamon
  5. 2 tSalt
  6. 12Bananas - mashed
  7. 3 CSugar
  8. 4Eggs-beaten
  9. 4 tVanilla
  10. 2 CButter-melted
  11. Topping
  12. 1 CSugar
  13. 2 TCinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients then set aside

  2. 2

    Mix wet ingredients then add to dry. Do not over mix.

    1/4 C into each muffin tin.

    Sprinkle Cinnamon topping mixture on each muffin and swirl in with a toothpick.

    Cook at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes.
