Ingredients

  • 6 CFlour
  • 4 tBaking Powder
  • 4 tBaking Soda
  • 4 tCinnamon
  • 2 tSalt
  • 12Bananas - mashed
  • 3 CSugar
  • 4Eggs-beaten
  • 4 tVanilla
  • 2 CButter-melted
  • Topping
  • 1 CSugar
  • 2 TCinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients then set aside

  2. 2

    Mix wet ingredients then add to dry. Do not over mix.

    1/4 C into each muffin tin.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle Cinnamon topping mixture on each muffin and swirl in with a toothpick.

    Cook at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes.
