  1. 500 gramsDahi ka chakka
  2. 1kachcha kela grated
  3. 1Chopped onion
  4. Handful Chopped Dry fruits
  5. 3-4 spoonCorn flour
  6. 1Carrot grated
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. Handful Chopped coriander
  10. 1-2Chopped green chillies
  11. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  12. 1/2 tspWhite til
  13. For fryingOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle dahi ko ek kapde main daal kar daba kar ya taang kar nichod kar poora paani nikal dete hai chakka nikal ayega paneer ki tarah.

    Ab ek bowl main chakka lekar usme sabhi masala aur dhaniya pyaj gajar kela mix kar lenge

  3. 3

    Ab haatho main tel lagakar ek goli kabab ke size ki lekar thoda chapra kar ke usmain thode se dry fruits bhar kar deep fry kar lenge or garma garam serve karenge

  4. 4

    Agar aap ka mixture geela lage to 2 spoons sooji daal kar 15 minutes ke liye fridge main rakh de asani se ban jayega
