Left Saturday's cookpad class with a craving for something sweet and decided to try this out using a charcoal jiko. My son and I enjoyed having it for breakfast.

Left Saturday's cookpad class with a craving for something sweet and decided to try this out using a charcoal jiko. My son and I enjoyed having it for breakfast.

Decided to use a charcoal jiko. Light the jiko.

Sieve your flour, baking and cocoa
- 3
Cream the sugar and margarine. Sieve them.
- 4
Put the eggs one by one. Fold in the flour, lemon juice, lemon zest and milk.
- 5
Grease your baking pan and pour in the butter and cover with a lid. Put the hot charcoal on the lid to bake.
