250 gmcapsicum cut in small piece
3potato medium cut in small piece
1 tspjeera
1 tspanchor powder
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
as neededOil

Heat a pan add jeera, and then potato and fry all potato on medium flame.

When potato will half cooked add all cpsicum

Now add all masale

Mix all masale and cook five minutes.

Aloo capsicum ready to eat.
