Ingredients

  • 100 gmsoyabean
  • 3medium size Onion
  • 3Garlic
  • 1/2 inchGinger
  • to tasteSalt
  • 100 gmMilk
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1elaichi
  • 1cloves
  • 1 stickCinnamon
  • Butter for frying
  • 1Green chilli
  • 2Bread
  • 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  • 1 tspFennel powder
  • For Filling:-
  • 1 cupPaneer
  • 5-6kaju
  • 5-6kismish
  • 2 green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil soyabean and squeeze the exess water....

  2. 2

    Boil milk and add garam masala bay leaf...1/2 Onion.. garlic..ginger and boil....add soyabean and boil untill it absorbs the milk...

  3. 3

    Now let the soyabean cool and make paste...

  4. 4

    Add all the above ingredients except stuffing and mix well

  5. 5

    Add vegetable oil in hand and make balls and stuff with the stuffing....

  6. 6

    Heat a non stick pan apply butter and fry untill itd golden brown...

  7. 7

    Enjoy the tasty kababs with the choice ab chutney
