Ingredients

  1. 1boiled and grated beetroot
  2. 1 cupsoaked chana dal
  3. 1dal chini stick
  4. 3choti elaichi
  5. 2sabut lal mirch
  6. 1 tsproasted zeera powder
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1chopped onion
  9. 1 cupsuji
  10. 1 tspmustard oil
  11. 3 tspchopped pudina
  12. 1/2 cupbread crumbs (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook soaked chana daal,salt, mustard oil,sabut lal mirch,elaichi,dalchinni and 1cup water till 4 whistles.

  2. 2

    Cool it and blend to a thick paste.

  3. 3

    Now take a bowl and add all the ingredients except oil. Mix it well.

  4. 4

    Divide dough into equal parts and make medium round shaped balls.

  5. 5

    Covernit with suji and shallow fry it. Servee with anar chutney.
