Steps

Take a bowl mashed potatoes,peas and roasted sattu mix well

Take a pan add oil,fennel seeds then sauté ginger garlic paste,chopped onions and all spices sauté for a few mins

Then mix the mixture of sattu and little bit water and coriander leaves and make a dough

Add the dough onto the skewers or seekh and grill at medium low flame
- 5
Brush over the ghee..cook until evenly browned
- 6
Serve hot with mint curd chutney
