100 gmsTamarind (imli)
1Onion medium sized
Salt as per taste
1/2 tspRed chilli powder

Steps

Soak imli in 2 cup water for 30 minutes

Strain water in a bowl mash pulp of tamarind in strained water. Discard seed and remaining hard pulp.

Chop onion and mix it in the tamarind mixture.

Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Chutney is ready to serve with samosasand pakodas.
