Pressure cook soaked chana daal,salt, mustard oil,sabut lal mirch,elaichi,dalchinni and 1cup water till 4 whistles.

Cool it and blend to a thick paste.

Now take a bowl and add all the ingredients except oil. Mix it well.

Divide dough into equal parts and make medium round shaped balls.

Covernit with suji and shallow fry it. Servee with anar chutney.
