Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupMaida
  • 1/2 tbspRice flour
  • 3Ripe Banana
  • Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp (as per ur taste)
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • Oil - for frying
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp or one pinch yellow color (opt)
  • Water - as required

    In a bowl, mix maida, rice flour, sugar, salt, turmeric powder by adding water.

    Mix them well with your hands to a medium consistency.

  3. 3

    The batter should be thicker than dosa batter.

  4. 4

    Peel and cut the banana into small sizes as per your choice or preferences.

    Heat oil in medium flame.

  6. 6

    Then dip each banana slice into the batter and carefully put it into the hot oil.

  7. 7

    Fry both sides till it becomes crisp and light golden in colour..

    Transfer them to a kitchen tissue paper.
