Ingredients

10minutes
3-4servings
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonfenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Water
  • Bread cut into squares and triangles

Steps

10minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add gram flour and spices, fenugreek leaves, water mix well in a batter consistency.

  2. 2

    Cut bread into small triangles and small squares.

  3. 3

    Dip bread pieces into batter coat evenly.

  4. 4

    Drop into hot oil for deep fry..drain out and serve hot with sauce.
