Mix all the ingredients and make a batter of jalebi.

Batter should not be more thin..It should be of ribbon consistency.

Fill the batter in squeezing ketchup bottle.

Or in a polythene. I don't have bottle so I fill in polythene.

Heat oil in pan. Cut ur polythene from corner and make jalebis directly in oil.if using bottle, then squeeze it in oil and make shape of jalebi. Fry till done.

Put in sugar syrup (chaashni)
