Ingredients

  • 200 gmminced mutton kheema
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1large onion finely chopped
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 garlic
  • 3finely chopped green chillies
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 tspall purpose flour
  • 2 tspcorn flour
  • 2 tspgaram masala power
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 3 tspoil and butter

  1. 1

    Cook on high heat until water evaporates & mutton mince is cooked.

  2. 2

    Boil mutton kheema and eggs, potatoes and mash them, all the ingredients mix well

  3. 3

    Now in a bowl add the flour, and corn flour, salt,red chilli, oil, water& knead a stiff dough.

  4. 4

    Heat oil & deep fry the koftas on medium heat,when done remove on a absorbent paper.

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with tomato sauce and mustard sauce.
