  • 1/2 kgnduma/arrowroot
  • 2 spooncooking oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 spoonroyco cube

Steps

    Cut nduma and set aside. Chop onions and tomatoes

  2. 2

    Add onions and oil fry to brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and mash well

  4. 4

    Add nduma and water and boil

  5. 5

    Add royco cube and salt and allow to boil until soft

  6. 6

    Serve hot
