Steps

Place sieve on a bowl, put curd in a muslin cloth, tie tight, refrigerate overnight, hung curd is ready.

Put it in a bowl add onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander, dryfruit, black pepper, salt, bread crumbs,mix well. Do not over knead.

Grease hand with oil, put ball size mixture on your hand and prepare patties.

Roll it in cornflour, coat both sides.

Deep fry in hot oil, stir occasionally on medium flame,till golden brown fro both sides.

Crunchy and soft dahi kebab is ready. Serve hot with green chutney.
