  1. 1/4 kgbeef
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 2large tomatoes
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 3tsbspn olive oil
  7. 1chilly beef cube

    Dice beef and put to boil and make sure it softens

  2. 2

    When the meat drain water add olive oil and garlic stir for 3 minutes add dice onions fry to golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and mash

  4. 4

    Add chilly beef cube stir to cook

  5. 5

    Serve in a plate with ugali
