2 serves

4large potatoes peeled, cut into chips like. Double fried
3tomatoes
1 tbspoil
1large onion
2garlic cloves ponded
2green chillies
1 tbsptomato paste
to tasteSalt
Black pepper
1 tbspchili powder
Coriander leaves chopped

Steps

Fry the onion in oil untill translucent.

Add garlic and green chillies, the cook for 1 minute

Add tomatoes, tomato paste,salt, pepper and chill powder and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add the fried chips, stir and garnish with coriander.
