In a bowl, mix sugar & margarine together

Add the eggs as you continue mixing

Then the flour. Sifted if you prefer

Add in vanilla essence & lemon flavor & mix in just a little bit.

After greasing your tin with a little margarine & flour, pour in your cake mixture and bake

As your cake bakes, prepare lemon juice by mixing icing sugar & lemon juice (freshly squeezed). Make it runny enough.

With your cake out of the oven, prick holes on top of it using toothpick & drizzle your lemon juice over the top.
