Ingredients

  • 2 cupcrumbled paneer
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 clovesgrated garlic
  • 1 inchginger chopped
  • 2 tsptomato sauce
  • 1/4 cupplain flour (Maida)
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupcrushed papad
  • as neededOil for deep frying
  • 1 tbspbread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the paneer in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add the salt, garlic, chilli powder, ginger,bread crumbs, tomato sauce and mix well.

  3. 3

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a round.

  4. 4

    Dip each roll into the flour-water paste and then roll in the crushed papad and deep-fry till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.

  5. 5

    Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
