I found this recipe from Cooking Light. I tweaked it a little bit to suit my taste.

I found this recipe from Cooking Light. I tweaked it a little bit to suit my taste.
Cooking Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot. Add in cooking oil to prevent the spaghetti sticked. Add spaghetti, return to a boil. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or until al dente, stirring occasionally. Drain.

Heat up Pan. Add Butter mixed with oil. Thrown garlic stir until garlic turn yellowish. Add chicken stock, dried oregano and chinese Celery into the pan. Stir until the it heaten up.

Bring the cooked spaghetti into the pan stir until the broth is absorbed. Voila it's done!

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top and eat while it's hot.
