Carrot and dates truffle
Steps

Peel the carrots and cut it into big pieces, and remove seeds of dates.

Then put both of them in a cooker and take a whistle.

Puree the boiled carrots and dates without the water.

Then heat ghee in a pan and add puree and when it starts boiling add milk powder.

Stir the mixture continuously till thickens.

Then add sugar, grated coconut, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence and mix it well.

Let the sugar dissolve in the mixture and allow all the water to dry.

When the water is dry, turn off the gas.

When the mixture has cooled down a little and is comfortable to handle, make carrots or balls of desired size.
