Ingredients

  1. 1shredded cabbage
  2. 1julien cut capsicum, carrot, onion
  3. 1 cupall Purpos flour
  4. 1/2 cupgram flour
  5. 1/2 cupsemolina
  6. 1/2 cupcornflour
  7. 3 tbsginger garlic chilli paste
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all vegies well. Add all purpose flour, semilona, cornflour, gram flour, ginger garlic paste, salt and add 2 tbs water and mix well

    Take snall portion of mixture and give it a shape of lollypop or round shape.

    Fry on medium-high high flame.

    For curd salad take 1/2 cup of hungcurd add some julien cut cabbage, capsicum, onion and tomatoes. Add 1/2 tbs of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of cgatmasala, lemon juice and salt to taste.. Keep in fridger for 15 min to make it cols

    Serve hot fritters with cold salad...
