Steps

Mix water and sugar,make thin syrup,add colour and cardmom powder,keep it aside.

Cut each slice into 2 peices.

Fry bread peices in ghee untill golden brown

Take a dish,dip fried bread peices into sugar syrup,and arrange in the dish.

Boil milk,sugar,condensed milk,t reduced to 1/4 quantity,add saffron,cardmom,keep it aside.

Pur the above reduce milk on the bread slices,cover all the slices with refuced milk,garnish with dry fruits,keep it in the fridge,serve chilled or can be had warm too.
