Steps

Parboil beans for 30minutes with a pressure pot.drain the remaining water and rinse twice.

Place back on the heat with 2cups of water,chop the onion and add,blend ginger,garlic and tumeric and pour in.

After 20minutes blend crayfish,fresh pepper and pour in.add salt and stock cubes.onces the beans is very soft,add red oil.

Cover and boil for another 15minutes.turn with a wooden spartula and cover again after 5minutes is ready.

Peel and slice the plantain,fry in a hot vegetable oil for few mins turn both sides to fry.
