Line 12 cupcake liners on the cupcakes baking tray

Sieve the dry ingredients and set aside (flour,baking powder,salt)

Cream sugar and margarine

Add essence and continue mixing

Add eggs one by one as you continue mixing

Add flour mix,then milk and mix until they are well incorporated

Put into the cupcake liners using a scoop for better leverage

Bake for 17 to 20 minutes till golden brown
- 9
Remove and let them cool in a rack
